Pesto is one of the most flavour-packed condiments with its heady fragrance; ideal with classic hand-made trofie pasta, combined with other types of pasta or spread on bruschetta. We decided to include it in our catalogue because we were looking for a simple way to add flavour to your dishes.
The range includes Genovese style pesto in 100 g, 1 kg and 5 kg formats.

The olives are preserved in brine by immersing them in abundant salted water. An age-old, characteristic method which retains the organoleptic properties of the product.
